How to Measure Yourself
Use a soft measuring tape. Measure over your undergarments, not over clothing.

BUST (CHEST)
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the navel.

HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 7–9 inches below the waist.

LENGTH (FOR SUITS & ANARKALI)
Measure from the top of your shoulder straight down to where you want the hem to fall.
PRO TIP
If you're between sizes, always size up. It's easier to take in fabric than to let it out. Our artisans also offer free tailoring guidance on WhatsApp.

GET RETURN APPROVAL
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you a return approval with instructions.

PACK & SHIP THE ITEM
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. For approved returns, we arrange a free pickup. For exchanges/size returns, drop-off at nearest courier centre.

RECEIVE REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Once we receive and inspect the item, refund is processed in 5–7 business days. For exchanges, the new item is dispatched within 2 business days.
